I can't add the avatar I want from my computer! I've added avatars before and it's not too big, so what's my problem?! Any help would be appreciated!

Are you making sure that the file size is not too large. It can only be 100x100 pixels and the max file size is 9766kb. Make sure to hit submit at the bottom of the screen as well.
